Nicholas Eddy (B.Sc./M.Sc. Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Ph.D. University of Connecticut) is the manager of the Mechanical testing, Chromatography, and Magnetics laboratories at IMS. He originally trained as an organic chemist with emphasis on chemical biology under Gabriel Fenteany while at UConn for his Ph.D., then transitioned into material science in 2015 with solid state NMR. Since joining IMS in 2018, he has trained students on using equipment and aided with research questions across the labs under his care.
