  • Controlling excited state, charge/exciton transfer, and spin dynamics in molecules & taking advantage of them to develop new imaging and energy technology
  • Photo- and radiation- induced fundamental chemical reactions in condensed phase
  • Understanding how to control electronic excited states, charge and exciton transfer, and spin dynamics in molecules and molecular assemblies
  • Exploiting new knowledge gained to pursue developments of new biomedical imaging and energy technologies
  • Employing time-resolved optical spectroscopy and pulse radiolysis
